SEPTEMBER WILL LIKELY BE A T-SHIRT AND CAP SHOW PROVIDED THAT THE T-SHIRTS AND CAPS ARE FROM COTTON COUNTRY. ANY YEAR'S T-SHIRTS ARE APPROVED.

IF YOUR REGISTRATION IS SUBMITTED BY THURSDAY MIDNIGHT BEFORE SATURDAY'S SHOW, YOUR NAME IS PUT IN A DRAWING FOR A FREE HORSE STALL (SHAVINGS NOT INCLUDED)

SAFETY NOTICE: WHEN SHOWING IN THE ARENA, IF NEEDING TO PASS OTHER HORSES, PLEASE PASS ON THE INSIDE, NOT AGAINST THE RAIL!

NOTE: ON TRAIL CLASSES, PLEASE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT OBSTACLE AFTER THREE TRIES.

JACKPOT CLASS -- PAY $10 AT GATE WHEN ENTERING THE ARENA. PAYOUT 50%.

STALLS $30/night&day, SHAVINGS $10/bag (2 bag min.), AND RV's $40/night ARE TO BE PAID TO COTTON COUNTRY SEPARATELY FROM THE SHOW FEES. CALL OR TEXT DENISE HERRON AT 318-535-4672, thaddenise@bellsouth.net, TO RESERVE A STALL AND SHAVINGS AND/OR RV SITE, AND THEN PAY COTTON COUNTRY AT THE SHOW.

**** NOTICE ****

Due to the clerical difficulties of keeping up with all the scratches and adds of classes during the show, it is necessary to fill out a drop/add slip for any changes to the registered classes any time prior to the class time. These slips are available from the registration desk, must be filled out completely, and given to the personnel there! Any drops (scratched classes) not officially turned in before the class roster is printed will still be charged as if shown in the class.

Sign up begins approx. 7:00 a.m. Please pre-enter a show by MONDAY before the show date, by submitting the Entry Form, Negative Coggins report, and Waiver Release form!

Saturday classes start at 9 a.m. Negative Coggins Required!

Yearend awards and high-point awards will be given out at a scheduled time and date to be announced on our Facebook page and the website.
Must be in 3 shows to be eligible for show season awards and earn required volunteer credits.
High-point awards at each show are given out to Open, Youth (18 & Under), Amateur, and Limited (walk/trot), and Ranch Divisions.
1st thru 6th place ribbons awarded.
PAC and OCAP approved.

No horses are to be left unattended tied up in alleyways outside of stalls!!  This is a safety hazard!!
